Orbital SS Pro

ORBITAL PRO SS PREMIUM REAR SINGLESPEED HUB WITH DRIVER A premium MTB singlespeed hub with a 10t driver and wide flanges for great wheel strength. It runs on four high quality sealed bearings. We use a 10t driver that fit's big strong bearings inside so everything runs smoothly without any bearing problems. The steel axle is cut flush with the nuts for a clean look and for safety reasons. Steel nuts give extra strength and clamping force for securing your wheel in horizontal dropouts.   For weight reduction the cones have been made from aluminium. The looks are just as good as the function with black hardware and an anodized finish. Disc brake compatible. Orbital Cassette Pro

ORBITAL PRO PREMIUM REAR CASSETTE HUB A new light & strong MTB cassette hub with a thru axle system that will keep the rear end of a frame much more stable. The hub is designed to work with 142x12 dropouts. The cassette body is made from 7075 aluminium for weight saving. This hub is fully sealed, runs on 4 bearings and features an oversized AL7075-T6 axle. To make sure the hub will hold up any kind of abuse, we used the best AL7075-T6 for our cones. In 2017 available in oil slick colour. Orbital Cassette

ORBITAL REAR CASSETTE HUB A durable rear MTB hub that comes with a low price tag. Instead of quick release systems that are used in most cassette hubs on the market, the Octane One hub is equipped with a longer axle and steel nuts to hold your wheel super securely. Built on 2 high quality sealed bearings, and can be used with both standard MTB cassette or single-speed conversion kit (cog from cassette + spacers). The axle is cut flush with the nuts for great look and safety. The aluminium cones with steel inserts for weight saving and top strength. The looks are just as good as the function with black hardware and an anodized finish. Disc brake compatible. It's light enough for advanced riders who have mastered technique & style and strong enough for beginners or heavier, hardcore riders. These rims will survive the process of learning any trick. Thanks to the custom design our Solar rims are strong and light. Quality 6061 T6 aluminium. Single eyeleted. Only for use with disk brakes. 26” only size, 32h spoke count SOLAR TRAIL RIMS The new Solar TRAIL rims will work perfectly as a front or rear rim for Enduro / All-mountain/ Trail. New rims use wide 35 mm profile keeping the proper tyre profile. They are plenty strong, yet still pretty light-weight and use sleeved connection resulting in a strong and impact resistant rim and also saves weight due to the specific rim profile. Spark

SPARK STREET / PARK FRAME FOR 26” WHEELS The Spark is a park & street frame with geometry adjusted to fit 26” wheels. Perfect for low travel suspension forks (60-100mm) or rigid forks. It has a medium short front-end length perfect for 26” wheels and a very compact rear end with a high BB. The head angle is quite steep which makes for quick handling and easy front wheel tricks. Custom butted tubes beefed up in the stress areas keep weight low and strength high. The Spark has been equipped with a Spanish BB shell so you can easily fit your favourite bmx cranks. Long smooth tapers on both chain stays and seatstays give the perfect clean look and plenty of material to make a strong connection with the small and elegant dropouts. There are no cable guides attached permanently to the frame - we provide optional removable 3M cable guides if you need brakes. The Spark has a short seat tube extension over the top tube and integrated steel seat post collar that works with 25.4mm BMX size seat posts. An additionally reinforced top tube / seat tube junction is tough enough to survive abuse from tailwhips and 360’s. Zircus

ZIRCUS aluminium dirt / all round frame for 26” wheels The Zircus is an aluminium all-round dirt frame perfect for playing in the city and off-road. It's a lightweight and strong aluminium frame set with 'Pro’ dirtjump geometry designed to fit 26” wheels, forks with 80-140mm travel and a single speed drivetrain. However the frame includes a removable derailleur hanger so you can convert the bike into serious all-purpose off-road machine with gears if needed. Designed for riders who prefer the feel of aluminium frames. More slack and stabile than the radical steel Void frame. The BB is lowered for more stability, the top tube and chain stays are slightly longer than those in the Void and the head tube angle is more slack. Tough enough for jumps, perfect for pump-tracks, comfortable enough for trail riding. The Zircus uses beefy AL-6061 tubes that give it a super clean look. Behind the simple looks you can find nice tech details such as custom shaped and butted tubes (a very strong DT near HT area with no need for an additional external gusset), a new custom shaped fully integrated tapered head tube, custom rounded smooth looking tubes and sweet arched seat stays bridge that give lot's of tire clearance. This frame is all that you will need to rip like a pro in any terrain.
