
LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR FRAMES AND RIGID FORKS
7ANNA Group sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as 7ANNA, provides a lifetime warranty on selected frames and rigid forks fitted to its bicycles. We want you to enjoy your bike as long as possible and stay with us on your cycling adventure. The lifetime warranty is only intended for customers who purchased their bikes in an authorized distribution network and registered it in online form https://octane-one.com/lifetime-warranty. It is not transferable to subsequent owners and applies to selected models*. Below you will find the detailed conditions of this warranty. Get to know them and hit the trail! WHICH FRAME AND FORK MODELS ARE COVERED BY LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
7Anna provides limited lifetime warranty for all frames and rigid forks listed below:
- RONDO: all frames* and rigid carbon forks,
- NS BIKES: all frames*that are not classified as IUC5 (dirt bikes) and NS Bikes FUZZ, all rigid forks,
- CRÈME: all frames* and rigid forks,
- OCTANE ONE: all frames* that are not classified as IUC5 (dirt bikes), all rigid forks.
*Frames that are classified as IUC5 and NS Bikes FUZZ are not covered by the lifetime warranty. Please check the full list of bikes covered by this limited lifetime warranty HERE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL NOTES:
- This extended lifetime warranty for frames and rigid forks applies only to NS BIKES, RONDO, CRÈME CYCLES, OCTANE ONE bicycles purchased from authorized dealers or distributors.
- This extended limited lifetime warranty for frames and rigid forks is activated by the registration of bike at https://octane-one.com/lifetime-warranty within 30 days of the purchase of the bike.
- The warranty is valid only if a copy of the proof of purchase is attached during the registration process.
- This extended limited lifetime warranty for frames and rigid forks is offered only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
- This warranty extends your actual warranty coverage but does not limit your statutory rights.
- This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective frame or fork, and these constitute the sole remedy under the warranty.
- The estimated time for replacing defective goods under this warranty is not bound by the statutory warranty time and depends entirely on the current availability, offer and transport possibilities, depending on the destination place of delivery.
- The warranty period and its details may depend on the country in which the product was purchased and, depending on the trade laws applicable there, may change for which 7Anna is not responsible.
- 7Anna assumes no liability for consequential or indirect damages.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY?
- Defects of paint coatings,
- Corrosion,
- Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, improper repair, improper maintenance or other abnormal, excessive or inappropriate use,
- Damage to frame and rigid fork components such as: suspension products equipped in the frames, bearings, bolts and screw treads,
- Commercial use of purchased bikes,
- Shipping costs of damaged goods and delivery of new ones,
- Service labor costs related to replacing damaged parts,
- The costs of adapting a new part to your bike and any associated costs,
- Costs related to the purchase of new parts for the product received under this warranty, forced by a change in the offer or technological progress,
- This warranty is completely void if any modification to the frame or fork is made, or if the frame or fork is fitted by the customer with components that are not compatible (e.g. chainrings that are too big and damage the chain stay, or tires that are too wide and damage the seat stay).
- We reserve the right to reject a warranty claim if we believe that the product has been used incorrectly or excessively. Our professional expertise in this area is final.
HOW TO CLAIM THIS WARRANTY
- Any claim under this warranty must be made through an authorized dealer or distributor.
- It is necessary to have proof of purchase of the product. It may be an invoice, receipt, or proof of payment, etc.
- If the warranty claim is reported correctly, the damaged product must be returned to 7Anna – unless otherwise agreed.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON PRODUCT REPLACEMENT UNDER THE TERMS OF LIFETIME WARRANTY:
- Component Replacement: We may use replacement components of a different color based on seasonal offer and stock availability
- Product Replacement: If our seasonal offer changes, we reserve the right to replace defective products with models from the new collection at a similar price level.
- Compatibility Disclaimer: In cases of replacing older goods, there might be hardware incompatibility. We are not obligated to provide compatible parts due to technological advancements and design changes.
FINAL NOTE
- Extension of Statutory Warranty: Our lifetime warranty on frames and forks serves as an extension of your statutory warranty. It does not limit your existing rights or alter the provisions of the statutory warranty. Instead, it specifically addresses the frame and fork warranty once the statutory warranty period expires.

Each season brings exciting changes, including updates to categories, colors, and features. However, due to the natural life cycle of frames and forks, it’s challenging to ensure full availability of specific products for every customer over an extended period.

We consider the unique circumstances of each case while adhering to the warranty provisions and any applicable restrictions. Our goal is to find a fair resolution that aligns with your needs and the product’s specifications.
