So yeah, we’re always been connected to the dirt jump and street MTB world and we’re still in love with it. But the matter of fact is, that, well at least nowadays, we spend more time on trails rather than on dirt courses. At least from riding point of view (yes, we are getting older!). It was kinda problematic, because we couldn’t ride our bikes. This is why it was only natural until we came up with our trail frames. Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you – the Octane One Prone!
The Prone is an aggressive hard tail frame that comes in two wheel size versions – 29″ and 27.5″. Both versions have slightly different geometries. The 29-er is more “pedal-friendly” all-rounder, although designed to the modern standards – long front, short rear and slack angles. A smaller wheel Prone is a frame for more aggressive riders – the angles are even more slack and we recommend to use it with a longer travel fork. Both Prones feature 142×12 rear dropouts, inner cable route in seat tube for dropper post. The frames come in 3 sizes: S/M/L and will be available from March 2017.
The Prone frames are not the only new entries from Octane One in 2017! We’re expanding our offer with new products such as 29″ wheels and rims, new pedals and grips, wider handlebars, and…more new frames! Stay tuned for more info about new Octane One products.
